INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, PUBLICATION OWNERSHIP & REPRODUCTION PROTECTION

All Hysteria by GIRLONFILM publications, including but not limited to print magazines, digital magazines, PDFs, downloadable files, online issues, archives, special editions, and any derivative or related formats (collectively, the "Publications"), and all associated content (including but not limited to text, photographs, interviews, artwork, graphics, layouts, designs, branding, typography, and editorial structure) are the exclusive intellectual property of Hysteria by GIRLONFILM.

All rights, including but not limited to copyright, publication rights, reproduction rights, printing rights, distribution rights, display rights, licensing rights, adaptation rights, derivative works rights, and all other intellectual property rights, are reserved exclusively by Hysteria by GIRLONFILM unless expressly granted in a separate written agreement signed by Hysteria by GIRLONFILM.

No ownership rights are transferred to any user, purchaser, downloader, viewer, subscriber, contributor, collaborator, or featured individual under any circumstance.

For the avoidance of doubt, no person or entity other than Hysteria by GIRLONFILM may print, reprint, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any Publication or any portion thereof.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, duplicate, archive, mirror, republish, redistribute, transmit, display, exhibit, upload, download for redistribution, sell, license, sublicense, lease, rent, transfer, or otherwise exploit any Publication without prior written authorization.
• Print any digital Publication in whole or in part without express written authorization.
• Manufacture, produce, or distribute unauthorized physical copies of any Publication (whether originally print or digital).
• Scan, photograph, screenshot, record, capture, extract, or reproduce any portion of a Publication for redistribution or publication.
• Remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices, trademarks, logos, credits, watermarks, or proprietary markings.
• Create derivative works, adaptations, translations, modifications, remixes, compilations, excerpts, or altered versions of Publications.
• Repackage, republish, or redistribute Publications or Content through third-party platforms, websites, archives, repositories, newsletters, databases, social media, or media outlets.
• Extract individual pages, photographs, interviews, editorials, artwork, or any portion of a Publication for resale, redistribution, publication, or inclusion in another work.
• Create, publish, sell, or distribute any magazine, zine, book, archive, anthology, compilation, or publication derived from or based on any Hysteria Publication.
• Represent Hysteria content or Publications as your own work or independent creation.
• Use Hysteria content or Publications for commercial, promotional, advertising, merchandising, fundraising, or resale purposes without written authorization.
• Use Publications or Content in connection with artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, datasets, scraping tools, or automated content generation systems.

AI, DATA SCRAPING, AND AUTOMATED SYSTEMS
You may not:
​
• Use any Content or Publication to train or develop AI systems, machine learning models, or automated tools.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Services.
• Build databases or archives derived from Hysteria content.
• Use bots or automated tools to access or copy content.
• Circumvent technical protections designed to prevent unauthorized access.

WEBSITE AND PLATFORM SECURITY
You may not:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Upload malware or harmful code.
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks.
• Probe or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Circumvent security measures or paywalls.
• Reverse engineer any part of the Services except where legally permitted.

FRAUDULENT AND DECEPTIVE CONDUCT
You may not:

COMMERCIAL AND MARKETPLACE RESTRICTIONS

CONTRIBUTORS, COLLABORATORS, FEATURED INDIVIDUALS, AND PARTICIPANTS

Participation in, contribution to, appearance in, sponsorship of, or association with a Hysteria by GIRLONFILM Publication does not grant ownership of the Publication or any reproduction or distribution rights.

This applies to all contributors, collaborators, featured subjects, interviewees, models, artists, photographers, writers, advertisers, sponsors, and participants.

No such person or entity may:
​
• Claim ownership of any Publication.
• Reproduce, print, or distribute any Publication.
• Create unauthorized print editions or reprints.
• License or authorize third parties to use Publications.
• Remove branding, credits, or proprietary notices.
• Extract or reuse Publication content for independent publication or commercial use.

ENFORCEMENT
​
We may:
​
• Remove content.
• Restrict access.
• Suspend or terminate accounts.
• Revoke licenses.
• Cancel purchases.
• Pursue legal action.
• Cooperate with law enforcement.

​
NO OBLIGATION TO MONITOR
​
We may monitor but are not obligated to do so.
​
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights.
​
​
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
​
We may update this Policy at any time.
​
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
